We are currently looking for professional, energetic self-starters who believe that their values and vision align with ours. Interested individuals are asked to submit their resumes and letters of reference demonstrating the following:

Relevant post-graduate degree in OD, leadership, business or other areas of human behaviour.

Specialty certification in leadership, OD diagnostic instruments or related Association an asset.

Proven record of excellent facilitation and public speaking skills is essential.

Proven record of successful internal or external consulting experience is essential.

Education and skills are important to us. However, we are also looking for Associates who will demonstrate purpose and commitment to the growth and development of our company. This includes establishing revenue quotas with CLSWEST partners, seeking new business, writing proposals, managing client relationships, delivery of consulting or facilitation services and follow-up.

Lead and work within a virtual team.

Demonstrate desire and ability to actively manage and increase professional skills and knowledge.

Model CLSWEST vision and values in all interactions with CLSWEST Associates and clients.

Travel in Canada and potentially beyond depending on project demands.
