To achieve this aim, we skillfully use many of the industry standard leadership assessment tools and practices in assessing and supporting the leaders within your company. Where appropriate, we also use custom designed instruments to meet the specific needs of our clients.

CLSWEST Associates believe strongly in supporting our clients towards achieving their learning goals. To do this we first make the concept of leadership "real" and tangible. Next, we provide a leadership assessment with a set of pre-determined outcomes negotiated early on in the relationship. Leadership assessments can either be done on an "as-required" basis, or through one of our many customized leadership seminars. To add value CLSWEST leadership coaches can provide a one-on-one personal and confidential "leadership intensive" coaching session. Throughout the process both the coach and participant mutually develop a learning plan to achieve whatever goals have been established and articulated by the participant.
