CLS (THE AMERICAS)

CLS (The Americas) Corp. (Cognitive Leadership Strategies) is dedicated to providing practical management and leadership skills to public and private sector managers in North America and Europe.

The organization currently offers 20 programs dealing with 9 separate subjects. These programs range from a one-day intensive overviews to two week-long executive development programs. All of these workshops are held at resort locations, local venues or client facilities.

At CLS we design for individuals, teams or organizations. Our instructional tools work in concert with each other to comprise a total development system. Each program is customized to meet the specific needs of your organization. This system allows our clients to initiate change at any level, and to broaden or focus the scope of their development programs.

It is important that a seamless training program exists. CLS instructors appear and function as a team within your organization. CLS's faculty will easily integrate the required material into any business setting, and deliver it in any venue. Our teams have worked together on thousands of major projects since the start-up of our company in 1983.
