Customized or client-defined assessments may take the form of either formative or summative evaluations, customized organizational assessments or other special interest areas. Easily understood graphs and models accompany written reports aimed at providing the client with a clear understanding of the assessment; supported by assessments should be backed up with face-to-face meetings with CLSWEST associates to ensure that the client builds a comprehensive knowledge of the resulting data and the associated implications to the organization.
